From a question to a lead — and to the right page
When a visitor wants to talk to you, the assistant opens a short contact form right in the chat. You get an email with their message and the page they were on, and you can reply straight from your inbox. Along the way it can open pages for them and show cards from your own site.
At a glance
- Contact form inside the chat when a visitor asks to be contacted
- Lead emails to you, with reply-to set to the visitor
- Each lead keeps the page the visitor was on
- “Take me to pricing” opens the page, with the chat still open
- Cards with titles, images and links from your own pages
- Links only ever point to your own website
Lead capture that feels like conversation
“Can someone call me?”, “talk to a real person”, or “contact me at …” opens a short contact form inside the chat. The visitor sees what will be shared and agrees before sending.
You receive an email with the message, their details and the page they were reading. Hit reply and you are writing to them. Every lead is also listed in your dashboard with where it came from.
Navigates for your visitors
Visitors can ask the chat to take them somewhere: “open the pricing page”, “take me to contact”. The assistant finds the right page on your website, says “Opening Pricing…”, and moves there with the chat still open and the conversation intact. If someone asks “where can I find…”, it gives them a button instead.
If the visitor has started filling in a form on your page, it will not navigate away. It shows a button so nothing they typed is lost.
Cards from your own pages
“What services do you have?” or “show me your projects” can bring back a few cards — title, a short line, an image and a link — taken from the pages the assistant learned, with a button to the full page.
Links you can trust
Clickable links in answers only ever point to your own website. Any other address is shown as plain text. That keeps visitors on your site and protects them from look-alike links.
Questions
Where do leads go?
To your email (reply goes straight to the visitor) and to the leads list in your dashboard, with the page they were on.
Can the chat open pages on other websites?
No. It only navigates and links to pages of your own website.
Does it ask visitors for personal details?
Only when they ask to be contacted. The form says what will be shared, and the visitor chooses to send it.
