Terms of Service
Draft — last updated November 1, 2026.
These terms govern your use of AskAI (the “Service”), provided by Ask AI Anywhere (“AskAI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or adding the AskAI script to a website, you agree to them.
1. The Service
AskAI provides an AI assistant you add to your website with a script line, an AskAI page for your business, lead capture, and Office AI in your dashboard.
2. Your account and your websites
- You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You may only add AskAI to websites you own or are authorised to add it to, and you confirm this when you add a website.
- You are responsible for the content of your website and for answers you write yourself.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, to discriminate, to mislead people, to collect sensitive information through the chat (such as health, financial or government identification details), to send spam, or to attack or overload the Service. We may limit or suspend use that puts the Service or others at risk.
4. AI answers
The assistant answers from your website and your own answers using AI. AI can make mistakes. Answers are for general information and are not professional (for example medical, legal or financial) advice. Review what your assistant says and keep your website accurate; you can add your own answers to correct it.
5. Price and payment
The launch price is CA$10 per month in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes. The regular price will be CA$20 per month. If the price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel at any time. Fees are billed monthly in advance.
Free trial. New accounts can try the Service free for 7 days, with no payment card required. If you do not add a payment method and choose a plan by the end of the trial, the assistant stops answering on your website; nothing is charged.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to your website content and your answers. You give us permission to read, store and use them only to provide the Service to you.
7. Leads and visitor data
Leads and conversations belong to you. You are responsible for handling them lawfully, including telling visitors about the assistant in your privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To protect the Service, the assistant may switch to a limited mode during abuse. We may change features; we will tell you about material changes.
9. Ending the Service
You can stop at any time by removing the script line and cancelling your plan. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. When an account is closed, what the assistant learned from your website is deleted.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
