Exclude a section or page
In your dashboard, add a path such as /staff/ or /internal-pricing to the excluded paths. Pages under it are never read, and anything already learned from them stops being used.
Leave out part of a page
Add the attribute data-rtai-ignore to any element on your page. The assistant will not read anything inside it, neither from our side nor from the visitor’s browser.

Use robots.txt
The assistant follows your robots.txt rules. Pages disallowed there are not read.
